項(xiàng)目簡介：酒精發(fā)酵液處理是糖業(yè)界一個(gè)公認(rèn)的世界難題。該院就甘蔗種植區(qū)土壤養(yǎng)分循環(huán)及酒精發(fā)酵液處理的有關(guān)技術(shù)問題進(jìn)行了研究，根本上解決了一直困擾甘蔗糖廠酒精發(fā)酵液對(duì)環(huán)境的污染的問題，實(shí)現(xiàn)污染物零排放，清潔生產(chǎn)，保護(hù)環(huán)境。

到2010年5月止，廣西、云南、廣東各蔗區(qū)累計(jì)推廣應(yīng)用糖蜜酒精發(fā)酵液噴淋面積共730.4萬畝，解決了酒精發(fā)酵液的污染問題，提高了資源利用率，降低了甘蔗生產(chǎn)成本，提高了土壤肥力，保護(hù)了環(huán)境，同時(shí)提高了甘蔗產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)，增加了農(nóng)民收入，使蔗糖業(yè)成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的“循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)”。施用酒精發(fā)酵液可增加糖產(chǎn)量，提高糖廠利潤，具有較社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)三重效益。

Project Name：Recycled Utilization of Vinasse from Cane Sugar Production

 in Sugarcane Fields

Introduction：The processing of vinasse from sugar mills had become a recognized problem in China even in the world for a long time. Aiming to solve this problem, the scientific research team, headed by Prof. Yangrui Li, conducted studies on soil nutrient cycling and vinasse application technologies in sugarcane planting areas. With the research achievements, the environmental pollution caused by vinasse has been basically solved, and non-pollutant emission from sugar mills has been realized.

By the end of May 2010, the total application area of vinasse reached 486,933ha. in sugarcane planting areas of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guangdong Provinces ,etc. By successfully applying vinasse to sugarcane fields, the environment has been protected from vinasse pollution, and the cost of sugarcane production has reduced greatly, while the soil fertility has been improved with higher yield and better quality of sugarcane and sugar, besides, the income of farmers and sugar mills have been increased. Thus, the application of vinasse in sugarcane field has made cane sugar industry a sustainable recycling economy.

Introduction：A soil quick-testing box that can apply to measure soil nitrate, soil available P and available K was invented by Institute of Plant Nutrition and Resources, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.
